Oracle Cloud AI & AI Agents

Find the right AI capability for the work you need to improve.

Oracle brings predictive, generative and agentic AI across its applications and cloud platform. Embedded Fusion AI, Oracle-delivered AI agents and Fusion Agentic Applications can support work and decisions within finance, HR, planning and operations, while OCI provides the capability to build tailored agents, knowledge services and intelligent applications around your own data, content and processes.

The right solution may already exist within Oracle Fusion, need to be configured or extended, or require a focused OCI approach. Namos helps you understand the available routes and identify where each can deliver practical value, whether used independently or connected across your wider Oracle environment.

Explore the capabilities and use cases below. If you need help assessing readiness, selecting the right approach or moving from opportunity into delivery, our Oracle AI Services provide a practical route forward.

Use AI already embedded in Oracle Fusion

Oracle is increasingly embedding AI and agents into application workflows rather than treating AI as a separate destination. This can reduce integration overhead and bring assistance closer to the transaction, process and role, but it still requires deliberate adoption. Capability must be relevant, available and prepared for the organisation’s data, controls and ways of working.

Embedded prediction and recommendations

Use Oracle-delivered predictive capability and contextual recommendations to identify patterns, anticipate outcomes and support decisions within established Fusion processes.

Generative assistance in the flow of work

Support searching, summarising, drafting and explanation within finance, HR, planning and operational activities, using the relevant application context and controls.

AI agents and Fusion Agentic Applications

Apply Oracle-delivered AI agents or create tailored agentic applications that can reason across business context, coordinate defined activities and act through Fusion workflows, approvals and security.

Shape agents and workflows with Oracle AI Agent Studio

Not every requirement will be met by an Oracle-delivered agent, but that does not automatically mean building a separate solution on OCI. Oracle AI Agent Studio provides a native route for creating or adapting agents and multi-agent workflows within Fusion Applications.

Namos can help you identify where this approach fits, start with Oracle-provided capability or create a workflow around your organisation’s processes, data and policies. This may include defining agent roles and instructions, using approved documents and Fusion business objects, connecting other services where required, and introducing human review for important decisions or actions.

We help your teams design, test, govern and improve these workflows so they remain aligned with Fusion security, roles, controls and quarterly innovation. This route is particularly relevant when the requirement is organisation-specific but remains closely connected to a Fusion transaction, user role or end-to-end process.

Build and extend with OCI

Some requirements are specific to an organisation’s knowledge, data, processes or user experience. Oracle Cloud Infrastructure provides the AI, agent, data, database and application capabilities needed to create more tailored solutions where standard Fusion functionality does not fully meet the need.

Namos helps organisations apply these capabilities through focused, supportable solution patterns:

Connect Fusion and OCI

Embedded Fusion AI and tailored OCI capability do not need to operate separately. A connected approach can bring specialist knowledge, models or AI services into the Oracle processes where people already work, while using relevant application context to make the experience more useful.

Namos helps design the complete interaction between Fusion and OCI, including how users are identified, which business context is passed, what data and content can be accessed, and how permissions are translated and enforced across the connected experience. We consider the integrations, approvals, user experience, monitoring and support arrangements needed to make the solution dependable and resilient to change.

The result can be a focused OCI capability presented within a Fusion workflow, with appropriate context, identity and control, rather than a separate AI tool that users must navigate and organisations must operate in isolation.

Namos RAG Agent: answers grounded in your organisational knowledge

People often lose time searching through policies, guidance and operational documents, or rely on an answer without knowing where it came from. The Namos RAG Agent uses Oracle Cloud Infrastructure to help users ask natural-language questions of approved enterprise content and receive contextual responses with source references that support verification.

Why Namos for Oracle AI solutions?

A view across Fusion and OCI

Namos brings application, data, integration and technology expertise together, helping you understand what Oracle already provides and where a tailored solution adds genuine value.

Standard where it fits, tailored where it matters

We do not begin with an assumption that every requirement needs a custom agent. The right answer may be embedded Fusion capability, an OCI solution, a connected pattern, or a simpler process or data improvement.

Designed for customer ownership

We consider knowledge, access, integration, support and ongoing improvement from the outset, helping create solutions that can become a sustainable part of your Oracle environment.

Find the right Oracle AI route

Whether your requirement can be addressed through embedded Fusion capability, an Oracle-delivered agent, a tailored OCI solution or a connected approach, Namos can help you understand the options and identify a practical route forward.

AI FAQs

What is the difference between AI in Oracle Fusion and AI on OCI?

Oracle Fusion provides AI and agents embedded within application workflows across areas such as finance, HR, supply chain and planning. OCI provides the services to create more tailored agents, models and intelligent applications using your own data, content and processes. Namos helps you decide whether to adopt embedded Fusion capability, build on OCI or connect the two.

Do we need a custom AI agent?

Not necessarily. Start with the problem and assess whether it can be addressed through existing Fusion capability, configuration, better data, process improvement or established automation. Namos can assist, and where needed recommend a custom agent only where it provides a clear and supportable advantage.

What is retrieval-augmented generation or RAG?

RAG retrieves relevant information from approved sources to ground an AI-generated response. For example, employees could ask about expenses policies, available benefits or holiday entitlement and receive a clear answer with links to the supporting source. Where appropriate access and integrations are in place, responses can also reflect an individual’s circumstances. Namos uses this approach within our RAG Agent, helping organisations design the content, access controls, integrations, governance and ownership needed for a dependable service.

Can Oracle AI work with non-Oracle data and content?

Yes. OCI-based and connected Oracle AI solutions can use or connect with non-Oracle data, documents and services, subject to the right architecture, integration, access, licensing and governance. The sources available to embedded Fusion AI and agents depend on the specific capability. Namos helps determine what should be connected, how permissions should be maintained and whether the resulting solution will be practical to operate.
