In this video we explore the journey of Norfolk County Council’s large scale Cloud Transformation Project undertaken in partnership with Namos Solutions.
In discussion with Norfolk, we talk about how the team navigated significant obstacles including the unprecedented impact of the Covid 19 pandemic, and how the council was still able to continue to deliver mission critical services remotely, whilst successfully managing communications.
This shows the level of resilience and flexibility still possible during such a project.
