Daniel Ryan, Analytics Practice Director
Hi. My name is Dan Ryan and I am the new Analytics Practice Director at Namos.
I have over 15 years’ experience in the reporting and analytics space, starting life as a finance analyst and completing the AAT Technician qualification before broadening my horizons, completing a Business Studies degree through the Open University.
My experience of working with Oracle reporting and analytics software has been gained through being a customer as Reporting Functional and Implementation Lead, working at Oracle as Analytics Presales and in consulting as Analytics Architect focussing on the Fusion Artificial Intelligence Data Platform (formerly Fusion Data Intelligence). This experience gives me the knowledge, lessons and expertise to talk to customers about the end-to-end reporting and analytics capabilities in Oracle Cloud, and how they fit together to provide maximum benefit.
For me, joining #TeamNamos was a no-brainer. I have worked closely with the team during my time at Oracle, I have seen first hand how great an organisation they are, more of a family than a company who really want to work together to make a difference for customers.
I have joined the team at an exciting time as we are really looking to build our presence in the Analytics space, helping our customers both new and existing to drive efficiencies and maximise the business benefits they can achieve from their Fusion implementations. In addition to Namos looking to expand in this area, Oracle are a driving force in the market, expanding the capabilities of the product and making it easier than ever to integrate analytics with data sources, both Oracle and external, and take advantage of the latest capabilities being uncovered with the rapid proliferation of Artificial Intelligence.
