New inventory mobile forms will transform and modernise your warehouse operations, enabling real time transaction processing whilst supporting warehouse workers in completing inventory processes accurately and efficiently.
Out with the old processes for recording Inventory transaction related information on paperwork before manual transactional entry within Oracle, and in with the new process, where within seconds, and a few taps on your Mobile device, you can access the new Mobile Inventory forms undertaking receiving, picking, counting, moving and adjusting inventory. And all of this whilst capturing additional details by scanning barcodes direct from your mobile device and submitting transactions electronically.
Oracle Mobile Inventory delivers across many inventory tasks including but not limited to:
- View On-Hand Quantity and Stocking Locations for Your Goods: Need to Review the current On hand Balance of Inventory? Mobile Inventory forms easily allow you to view on-hand quantity of an item in all locations and the on-hand quantity of all items in a location.
- Receiving Goods – Need to Receive Goods? Mobile Inventory forms quickly and easily allow you to perform receiving tasks using a mobile device to scan key receiving information such as order numbers, item numbers, and manufacturer part numbers.
- Putaway Goods: Need to perform Putaway? Mobile Inventory enables the ability to put away your goods in real time using a mobile device to scan key information such as item numbers, subinventories, and locators. You can search for your receipts to put away by receipt and item number.
- Deliver Goods: Need to Ensure Goods are delivered? Mobile Inventory provides the ability to make sure those expensed goods and personal orders are delivered to whoever requested them. You can make these types of deliveries within your organisation using a mobile device to record who physically received the goods, take and attach a picture of the delivery, capture the recipient’s signature, and add any pertinent delivery notes. Deliveries can be automatically created after receipt of an expense destination order or an inventory destination order that specifies a destination subinventory.
