Meet Rajeev
He joined Namos six years ago after working as a Technical Lead at Oracle India. Moving countries, joining a new consultancy and starting again as a Consultant could have been a risk, but the path he’s taken since shows just how much room there is to grow at Namos.
Today, Rajeev is a Principal Consultant, leading on technical design, supporting some of our biggest clients and helping shape how the Technical Practice evolves.
Supportive Management
“I joined Namos as a Consultant level and then moved up to Principal Consultant. I’ve been at this level for two years now. Throughout that journey, managers have always supported what I want to achieve, both my personal development goals and my professional goals.”
The way he talks about support isn’t superficial praise, it’s practical, day-to-day stuff that makes a difference.
“There have been times where I had too much on my plate. My manager stepped in, helped with resource allocation and made sure the workload became manageable. It wasn’t a one-off thing either. Across six years and even with changes in management, the support has been consistent. That says a lot about the culture.”

One topic makes Rajeev light up: new technology. Especially AI.
The Technical Practice at Namos is known internally for being an early adopter and Rajeev has been in the middle of that shift.
“The newest thing I’m working with is AI. We’ve started using it to support clients and improve our own efficiency. We’re using RAG tools to improve code reusability, working with agent AI, and using VBCS to build new functionality. It’s exciting because these are the latest tools in the market and we’re getting hands-on experience now.”
For candidates wondering if Namos is a place where AI is just a buzzword the answer is very clearly no. The team is using it, testing it, deploying improvements, and sharing learnings across practices.
“Everyone is excited about it. It’s good that we’re getting the chance to work on things that are so new.”
Ideas That Turn Into Real Improvements
One of the most motivating parts of being in the tech team is how quickly ideas can turn into actual changes.
“We are very open about discussing new ideas. If something is useful to clients or to Namos, we explore it and implement it. The DM tool we use, and some of the improvements around shortlisting those all started as ideas within the team.”
Even outside of day-to-day conversations, the team has channels for innovation.
“We use an idea app where we can submit ideas. They get shortlisted by the team, and if they make sense, they get built. It means you never feel like your suggestion disappears. There’s a process, and things actually happen.”
A Culture That’s Stayed the Same, in a Good Way
Rajeev has seen Namos through different phases of growth and change, but one thing hasn’t shifted.
“The team culture has stayed the same. It’s collaborative, supportive and people go above and beyond to help each other. Some of the best minds are here, and everyone wants to share knowledge.”
This sense of consistency is something candidates often ask about and Rajeev’s experience is clear:
“You don’t have to struggle alone. If there’s a challenge, someone will step in. After six years, that support hasn’t changed.”
