I founded Namos Solutions in 2012 as a specialist Oracle application and database partner. In the following three years the company received Oracle Platinum Partner status, delivering to a variety of global clients such as PwC, Expedia and Macmillan Publishers, quickly gaining recognition for quality and dedication.
This past year has been particularly successful for Namos, with a substantial commitment from the Board to taking the company to the next level along with a continuous effort to be the best at what we do. Namos has seen its workforce double in the last few years, driven by a series of high profile contract wins across the UK and around the globe.
In 2019, Namos was approved and recognised as an Oracle Cloud Excellence Implementer (CEI) and was also elevated to Oracle Platinum Partner status, the highest level of partnership within the Oracle Partner Network (OPN). Chris offers a proven track record in driving strategic planning, systems and process development and implementation; focusing on business transformation, best practice and client satisfaction. Having consulted on a diverse range of projects, Chris has extensive expertise across private and public sectors from local government to global blue chip companies.
CHIEF TECHNOLOGY / REVENUE OFFICER
Richard has been focused on the Technical aspects of Oracle implementations for over 15 years. Leading global implementations of Oracle Applications; eBusiness Suite and Cloud. Richard leads all Technology and Sales related aspects of Namos Solutions.
Chief Operating officer
As COO, Jerry is responsible for the day-to-day operations of our business underpinned by a set of policies and procedures that align to a world class ISO accredited service delivery organisation. Having worked in both strategic CXX and Director level roles in previous organisations, Jerry has demonstrable qualities which enable him to work on strategic and operational objectives aligned to our vision.
Jerry’s skill and qualities have been developed over 30 years in the Oracle arena and, having worked his way up through the ranks he is able to bring real life experience to the teams he supports. This experience and his caring and approachable demeanour mean that he is able to lead by example, empowering his teams and gaining their trust in order to foster a culture of camaraderie, shared values and passion in everything they do.

Anna is a strategic, passionate and driven people professional, with broad experience in both large global organisations and fast growing consultancies. Anna leads the people agenda at Namos with a focus on developing a strong team culture.

Andrea has a 20 year career in finance, qualifying in practice and progressing through a number of roles in both private sector and public sector; focusing on strategy and overseeing financial operations.
Andrea brings a wealth of experience in leadership, implementing business transformation, collaboration and developing corporate strategy to drive and deliver operational success.

Jo is responsible for the Namos US Office and supports all US based clients, providing cost-effective and frictionless solutions. Jo is a transformational leader who positions IT as a business enabler and is reputed for quickly gaining solid understanding of clients’ business needs and challenges, then recommending solutions that meet or exceed desired business results. Jo has over 25 years of ERP experience in consulting, having been an ERP practice lead for many years, and as a finance system executive at several fortune 500 companies in the Seattle area.
